On Sunday, May 28, the first seminar “Learn the Secrets of Short-Term Rentals in Greece!” was held by Game of Money, featuring Theodora Dima, President of the Hellenic Sharing Economy Association (S.O.DIA), as the main speaker.
Participants gained all the essential insights into what the sharing economy is, whether it’s truly worth turning a property into a short-term rental, and many practical secrets about what to watch out for and when it’s really worth doing so!
They also received valuable information on more specific topics such as property management, taxation, and marketing, as well as on the legal framework governing this activity.
And of course, through over an hour of Q&A, they took an important step toward learning how to play the right money game through property sharing economy!
